Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) CANYON MEDICAL CENTER

Canyon Medical Center (moving in June 2024 to the new COPC Reynoldsburg Medical Center) is hiring a full-time Internal Medicine physician to work 4.5 days a week. 

Position & Practice Details:

• Full-time position 4.5 days a week.
• Large established outpatient practice with established primary care physicians. 
• Average patient volume of 18 to 20 patients/day.
• Opportunity to inherit a large patient panel from a retiring physician. 
• COPC SameDay Centers & Pediatric Support Centers care for COPC patients on evenings and weekends. 
• Integrated EHR- Epic 
• Vaccine Repository
• Focus on health education and disease management: diabetes management, asthma education, smoking cessation, and fall prevention. 
• Supportive and helpful mentors for a growing patient population. 
• COPC Hospitalist Team provides care for COPC patients in the hospital.
