Appointments & Referrals
New patients are asked to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to their scheduled visit. Existing patients are asked to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled visit. There is a 20 minute grace period for scheduled appointment late arrivals. Cancellations should be called in at least 24 hours in advance.

Billing & Insurance
Co-pays are collected at the time of service. We bill insurances as a courtesy. Any unpaid balances are the patient's responsibility. A member of the billing team is available 9-5pm (M-F) to discuss accounts or assist with questions regarding accounts.

Prescriptions & Refills
We request the patient bring ALL medicine bottles to each appointment or a complete detailed list of medications to include: dosage, frequency and route. If a refill request is needed - please allow 48-72 business hours to complete the request.

When You Visit
You will be greeted by our medical receptionist and checked in. Please bring you photo ID, insurance card and any copays (if applicable) to present at that time. The Medical assistant will room you, obtain your weight and vital signs and a chief complaint. Then the doctor will enter the room to exam you.
