Continuum of Care
The SameDay Center is an extension of your Central Ohio Primary Care physician’s office – so we’re able to access your medical records electronically. This allows the SameDay Center physician to refer to your existing medical history and prior medications as well as add information to keep your records, and your primary care physician, up-to-date. Staying within the Central Ohio Primary Care system ensures that you’ll always receive the best, most efficient care.
Diagnostic Services
Diagnostic services are available on site at the SameDay facility, so our patients never need to travel to other locations for testing or results. Radiology services include X-rays, CT, MRI and Ultrasounds. We also offer laboratory services for blood draws, cultures and other routine tests.
Insurance & Co-Pay
The SameDay Center participates with the same insurance plans as your physician’s office. For most health plans, the standard office co-pay amount applies.
Follow-up Care
Receiving care within the Central Ohio Primary Care network means your primary care physician will be notified of your visit, and of the care that you received. For your convenience, as you leave the SameDay Center, a health care coordinator will schedule any follow-up appointments you may need with your primary care physician.
