Our Patient Portal puts you in control with your computer, tablet, or smartphone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort of your home or office. Please Note: Messages left on the Patient Portal are for NON URGENT communications with your physician and may not be reviewed for up to 72 hours.

From the portal you can view your personal health record, request an annual follow-up appointment, request prescription refills, request test and lab results, and view education your provider has that is targeted to your needs.

To gain access to our secure Patient Portal, provide your doctor's office with a personal (non-work) email address and they will give you a username and password to get started.
