We do not accept Medicaid or Worker's Comp and we do not submit to auto insurance.

Appointments & Referrals
Lab Draws:
We suggest that you schedule an appointment for any lab draws. If you prefer to walk-in for a lab draw and do not have a scheduled appoinmtment, please be aware that patients that have scheduled appointments will be given priortiy so there may be a wait. You will also need to call at least a week in advance to be assured the order has been given by your doctor for the lab work.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or you may be assessed a $50.00 no-show fee before your next visit.

The physicians at Westerville Medical Associates ask that you have all medications refilled at your regular appointments. This will reduce the amount of phone calls coming into the office, thereby reducing the amount of time you spend on hold when calling. *Note: there may be a fee assessed for filling prescriptions between regular appointments so we ask that you make every effort to bring your medication list or bottles to each appointment to be refilled.
