Prepare For Your Appointment
General
We offer excellence in medical care for all of our children and help parents feel confident in the care they receive.
Appointments
- We recommend scheduling well-child exams 1–3 months in advance.
- All requests, including last-minute needs, will be fulfilled as much as the schedule allows.
- The office limits the scheduling of well visits to two children per family at one time (exceptions made for multiples).
- There is no limit for sick visits.
- Visits for chronic or longstanding problems often require more time and should be specifically arranged when booking with the receptionist.
- Please discuss the type of visit your child needs with our experienced receptionists.
Telephone Hours & After-Hours Care
When you have a question regarding your child’s health, we encourage you to call our office and speak with our nurses trained in phone triage.
- Our nurses are experienced in speaking with parents about common childhood concerns and always have the benefit of a doctor nearby to answer questions.
- Children do not always get sick during office hours, so we are available after hours as well.
- If you have an urgent question or emergency medical concern, please call our office at (614) 866-8077 at any time and follow the prompts to speak with a medical professional.
- If you feel the situation is a true medical emergency, please dial 911.
New Patients
We are welcoming new patients and accept most insurances.
- Give us a call today to discuss how we can help with your child’s health needs.
- We offer prenatal visits to expectant parents with questions about our practice.
Contagious Illnesses
- If you suspect your child has a highly contagious illness such as chicken pox or scabies, please let our receptionist know when booking the appointment.
- We will provide specific instructions on which door to use when entering the office.
