Central Ohio Primary Care (COPC) is proud to announce the return of its annual Run For The Health Of It, a family-friendly community event benefiting local health and wellness initiatives across central Ohio.
The 15th annual event will take place on Monday, September 7, 2026, at the Westerville Sports Complex and welcomes runners, walkers, families, and supporters of all ages. Participants can choose from a 5K Walk/Run, 1-Mile Walk/Run, or a free Youth Fun Run for children.
For the past 15 years, Run For The Health Of It has brought the community together in support of an important mission: improving the physical and emotional well-being of underserved populations in central Ohio. Since the event began, nearly $1 million has been granted to local charities and organizations making a lasting difference in the lives of others.
Race day activities begin in the morning, with the Youth Fun Run starting at 8:45 AM, followed by the 5K at 9:00 AM and the 1-Mile Walk at 9:05 AM. Participants will enjoy scenic biking and running trails surrounding the Westerville Sports Complex while supporting a meaningful cause.
Registration is now open. Community members are encouraged to sign up early and invite friends, family, and coworkers to join the fun.
