"I enjoy practicing full-spectrum family medicine to achieve patients’ wellness goals and managing chronic illnesses so they don’t lead to advanced disease. I work with my patients to promote healthy lifestyle changes to reduce the need for medications. I like taking care of the whole family from grandparents to grandchildren at every stage of life and wellness. My goal is to help my patients stay active and live their best lives."

Outside of medicine, I enjoy gardening, raising chickens, making pottery, and traveling, I previously served in the Peace Corps.
