Internal Medicine

"I believe healing begins with compassionate, person-centered relationships built on trust, curiosity, and genuine partnership. My approach is to listen deeply, understand each individual's unique story, and empower people through education so they can become active participants in their own health and healing. By integrating evidence-based Western medicine with the principles of integrative medicine, I strive to care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while honoring each individual's values and the body's innate capacity to heal. My goal is not only to diagnose and treat chronic illness, but to nurture health, cultivate resilience, and support each person in living a fuller, healthier life."

Outside of healthcare, I enjoy reading, writing, gardening, cooking, camping, hiking, kickboxing, scuba diving, free diving, traveling, drawing, yoga, meditation and volunteering.
