I spend much of my time out of the office with my husband and three young children. As I encourage healthy living to my patients, I encourage my children to be active. We enjoy seeing their skills develop in their love for dance, tennis, and music. Our weekends are often spent bike riding, swimming, and taking walks. We enjoy exploring new cities and even a night at the movies.
