Khrista Achtermann

Chief Innovation Officer

Khrista Achtermann joined Central Ohio Primary Care in February 2018 and was appointed Chief Innovation Officer in October 2023.  She has over 15 years of experience in healthcare leading large implementations and at-risk arrangements.

Khrista received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Marietta College with a dual major of Internal Business Management and International Leadership Studies. She also holds a Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) from Ohio University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Khrista is a graduate of the Health Ecosystem Leadership Institute and Leading with Impact Executive Program from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She was honored as Westerville Chamber of Commerce's Young Professional of the Year in 2020.

Khrista lives in Pickerington with her husband, Jordan, three kids, and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys supporting local sports teams, running or HIIT workouts, traveling, and being with friends and family.
