Working at COPC
Here, you will make a difference in healthcare. Every day, we create a better system of care —a model where people come first, and the best care and competitive pricing aren't mutually exclusive. We value individuals who are compassionate, driven, and innovative. As part of the COPC team, you will help shape the total health of patients and local communities. Your role could support patients at any stage in their health journey, including preventative care, health management, condition diagnosis, and treatment.
PATIENT CARE
At COPC, you can have peace of mind knowing that you are part of a care model that prioritizes the best for its patients. Our mission is to offer higher-quality patient care with greater efficiency and fewer unnecessary costs, ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible.
With population health as our core foundation, our clinical teams can focus on value-based care rather than volume-based care. This increases our patients' health and wellness by avoiding unnecessary and costly trips to the hospital. Also, when patients need a referral to a specialist or a hospital, our providers can choose the best specialists without being limited to a specific hospital group.
Supporting patients inside and outside of the primary care office, we have 25+ additional services, programs, and specialist practices to expand patient education and care. COPC offers a full-service laboratory, complete radiology services, and cardiac testing. We also have first-rate health management programs, including four physical therapy clinics, diabetes and asthma management programs, and comprehensive home & palliative care services.

2024 Best Places To Work
Outstanding Coworkers
I have had a front row seat to this company's growth. Through innovation and integrity COPC has jumped leaps and bounds to improve the quality of patient care. All departments throughout COPC have an open door and at any point you need someone they are always a few steps away. I have an outstanding team of coworkers and managers who stand beside me, support me, and care enough to make this the best place to work.
— Brittany, 8 Years as a COPC Team Member
Physician Led and Owned Organization
Central Ohio Primary Care is a great place to work because we have doctors that talk to each other about the best way to care for our patients and those same doctors are actively engaged in leading the organization. We also have great people in all our departments and absolute lack of “not my job” type of responses whenever things need to get done.
