Physical Therapy Overview
What to Expect
- Your first visit will take anywhere from 45 minutes to 60 minutes and will consist of an evaluation/examination, and may include treatment and exercises.
- Follow-up appointments will be designed and scheduled to continue the action plan jointly developed by you and the physical therapist.
What to Bring
- Shorts or loose fitting pants for back or lower extremity evaluations.
- Loose fitting top or tank top for neck or upper extremity evaluations.
- Supportive and sturdy footwear, such as athletic shoes.
- Reading glasses if needed.
- If you are a minor, you will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian for your first appointment.

- Caroline was fantastic! She helped me strengthen my knee and legs to avoid problems in the future. I couldn't have asked for anything more from her. Kevin did my initial exam and therapy, which got me off to a great start. Both of them were knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. This is the fourth time in my life I've had PT (for different injuries) and this facility was the best by far. I really appreciate the staff's attention to disinfecting. - I was unable to walk without extreme left hip pain. Had upcoming overseas trip in ten days. After two visits with Kevin I felt great. Walked an average five miles a day for nearly three weeks in southern France with zero problems. His prescribed exercise regime prevented any reoccurrence of previous problems.
