At Stella Primary Care, we aim to provide the most effective and efficient care that we possibly can. As part of achieving this goal we kindly ask that you inform us of the exact nature of your visit (issues may be limited to no more than 2), reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late, and have patients under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We thank you in advance for helping us continue to provide the smooth and reliable care experience that our patients trust.
Our goal to be effective and efficient in everything we do drives the way we address the billing and fees associated with our great care. In order to avoid billing issues and extended wait times, we require that well visits and sick visits get scheduled separately. Additionally, we request that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that we can maintain a smooth schedule. A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect and a fee will be assessed for any "no show" or cancellation.
In our efforts to minimize last minute refill requests and increase medication compliance, we have developed policies that will apply to chronic or routine daily medications such as blood pressure, birth control, and psychiatric medication. Our medication policies are as follows:
