Healthy Distancing with Virtual Visits

In an effort to prevent the spread of disease, we are now offering telemedicine visits instead of in person visits for certain situations. All of our providers are Telehealth-enabled and are ready to serve your healthcare needs via a virtual Telehealth visit.

We believe that our patients deserve to get the right care at the right time.

Unique to COPC, our Care Navigation team gives patients immediate, non-emergency care on evenings and weekends when their physician's office is closed. Our virtual service is available from 7:30 am - 11:00 pm, seven days a week exclusively for COPC patients.

In the event you need to be seen by a COPC physician, we can set you up with a virtual Telehealth appointment with one of our on-call providers.

Our Care Navigation team serves an extension of your COPC physician's office. As a result, we can electronically access your medical records to:

  • Understand your medical history
  • Be aware of your current medications
  • Have the latest information about your treatment plans

Confirm Your Insurance

COPC is a participating healthcare provider for a wide variety of insurance plans. Because accepted health plans vary by individual provider, we ask that you confirm with the practice if they your insurance is accepted.
